POLSC 12: American Political Thought                                       3 units
Lecture: 3 hours
Historical survey of American political ideas, political processes, ideals and aspirations.  The origins, evolution, and current directions of American political thought will be examined through specific American values and beliefs.  The course will introduce the major political ideologies, their origins, and the implications and consequences of those in American history.
