Prerequisite: ENGL 1A with a grade of C, CR, P, or better or equivalent.
Lecture: 3 hours
This transfer-level course introduces students to major literature genres: poetry, drama, short story, and long works of fiction from diverse cultural sources and perspectives. Students write approximately 8,000-10,000 words in critical demonstrating further development of reading, critical reasoning, and writing skills. (MJC ENGL 102)
